We are also committed to providing ongoing training, support and resources to our dedicated foster families so they are able to offer the best care and opportunities to children they care for and are excited to have the opportunity to continue making a difference in the lives of children living with our families.

Foster carers with Assured Fostering, and the children in their care, receive a high level of support from an experienced Registered Manager and a team of highly experienced Supervising Social Workers. We also offer therapeutic support from a qualified therapist with extensive experience of working with foster families. Assured Fostering offer pre-approval training, which is delivered during the assessment process, and ongoing training post approval. We also offer the following;
• Excellent training – Our training schedule helps foster carers learn essential skills for caring for children with various needs
• Experienced fostering assessors
• Competitive fostering fees
• Support from a qualified, and highly experienced Supervising Social Worker who offer ongoing support, advice, and guidance throughout the fostering journey
• Robust matching – We assess the needs of both the children who need to be cared for and the foster family to ensure there is match. Matching the right child with the right family is a crucial aspect of our service which limits placement breakdown
• 24/7 telephone support
• Monthly foster carer support groups
• Bi-monthly Reflect groups, delivered by our Therapist who also provides 1-1 support sessions to support foster carers when needed
• Summer and Winter Activity days
• Advocacy Service and Legal Support – Our Foster carers will be registered with Foster Talk/Fostering Network who can offer independent support to foster carers in many areas
